The KVRB is equally strong in their scout and guide activities. The purpose of the movement is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, social and spiritual potential as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of the local, national and inter-national communities. This activity helps inculcate moral, social and democratic values besides developing the spirit of cooperation and community living on the one hand and the qualities of leadership and enterprise on the other. Our troop is named as Vivekananda Troop (Scout) and Capt. Lakshmi Menon (Guide).
